Roadshow...

“喂,你好!请问是XXX吗?”(我是,边位?〕
“我是KATHERINE,FROM PUBLIC MUTUAL 的,记得我吗?”(喔。。KATHERINE 啊?记得,乜也事?〕
“只是想问你,你已经去BANK进钱了吗?”(哦。。进了啊!〕
(SURPRISE!〕“那请问你是几时进的呢?”(上个礼拜咯!〕
(SURPRISE AGAIN!〕“那可以知道你进多少钱吗?因为要对跟我的SYSTEM,。。。(开始口吃了!〕。。。怕有错,如果有错我还可以通知你。”(哦。。是喔。。。五十!〕
(HUH!我有听错吗?再问。〕“HUH?几多啊?”(五十!〕
(五十?是五十块或五十千?ASK AGAIN〕“五十千?”(ERR!〕
(突然脑充血,兴奋得整个人震抖,发冷起来!假装镇定。〕“喔,那好,我会留意我的SYSTEM,如有错我会通知你。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。”

电话一盖上,兴奋得整个人跳起来!好久,好久都没有这种感觉了,这也拜ROADSHOW所赐。这个顾客还是我做了六个小时只拿了两个名字的其中一位。(那天还有点灰心〕
其实之前有想过放弃做ROADSHOW了,因为很久都没多大的惊喜了。但自从在槟城的ROADSHOW之后,信心开始慢慢回复,再加上这一次,让我更加有信心了。
心情,信心,真的可以让我们收到不一样的效果!磁场,真的太有威力了!不由得你不去相信它。

3 min Hot Story

Today, someone share her point of view of "3 min hot" story.

Have you seen people work on something with full of passion for the beginning, then slowly slowly lag off?

Have you seen people jogging jogging with full of energy then slow down before the end point?

Well, i asked her so what? IT seems like very usual wat! When we lost interest or don't think that issue matters, we ignore la! Standard la!

The question comes here, is the external factor that make you lost interest?
Or no matter what situation, most of the time, you always will lost interest after some point?

How many times in our life that we have started something, and when we almost there, we gave up?

Hmm, how many times or percentage in your life issue you are 3 min hot?

Time to take one min to think about it, who knows ... you will be the next millionaires after this. :D

God of Prosperity 财神!

God of Prosperity is always the top HIT when people pray.

God of Prosperity is ALSO the one people always SHUU them away!!

What is God of prosperity to you? In our life, "god of prosperity" always come in different forms and ways. Eh children, boys and gals, don't tell me you are still believe this "god" still come in this form ..... ??!!


"This is fake one la, and everyone seems to run, chase, push others, just because to take sweet from him, HAHAHA ..why ar?"

I am very blessed to have a BIG eyes to capture most of the hit, and sometimes it cames to me in different way without immediate realised! Lets share with you who are they:

1st time: When I was born
My parent is a very genereous god of prosperity, equip us all knowledge and skills to train our little brain.

2nd time: My aunty
Keep teaching us how to be a better person when we were young. I don't like her when I was young, think how come this lady so long winded, damn sien. Who knows, she is the one teaches me lots of things too that I still use until today!

N time: My CFP Trainer
He is the one encourage me to practice and contribute to society in the financial planning field. Because of that, I take courage and join Public Mutual and my journey starts ... and then i met lots lots lots of gods of prosperity, my beloved team mates, my investor, my friends, my Sifu, etc, and at the same time, guess what, my investor said I am the god of prosperity to her too!

Message to ezy6.0 planner:
Be proud of yourself and do not get disappointed when someone rejected you or don't even listen (especially those think THEY KNOW), they are the one who lose out.

Message to half floating human being:
Identify what do you really want to achieve in your life so that you will feel proud and happy, then take action and GRAB the opportunity and WORK on it! Don't wait every CNY to ask for GOD of PROSPERITY. He is around you!

Message to succesful people:
Thanks and be appreciated to all your God of Prosperity. Be humble, help, and support people around!

Don't WAIT, take ACTION!

If others can do well, why cant you!

You can choose to keep wasting your time for another year, OR
choose to take new action to ROCK YOUR WORLD!

马上增加销售业绩的5个方法 - 陈安之

如何增加每天拜访客户的次数?

  推销不外乎是一个数字的游戏,如何拜访更多的顾客,跟你的销售业绩会成正比。接下来我提出五个方法让你可以马上增加自己的销售业绩。

  第一、提早跟顾客约会,差不多8点的时候见第一位顾客。
(Make appointment as earlier as possible, eg: 8am)

我以前在推销的时候,早上5:30分就起床,6点多就开车出去,通常到顾客的公司大概是7:30分。累时,我先在车上睡觉,等时间到了再进去,这样你会非常地有自信、有精神。

  所以你约定的时间愈早,你见的顾客量就愈多。世界第一的推销保险员,他7:30分之前就能拜访完三个顾客。他大概6点就跟第一位顾客喝咖啡,7点跟第二位顾客喝果汁,7:30分跟第三位顾客吃三明治,反正就是他不能把早餐一次吃完,必须分三次来吃。

  第二、你必须每天重复地自我暗示你的目标,重新写你的目标,想你的目标,这样会吸引一些新的资源来。
(Remind your DREAM / GOAL everyday)

  使目标更明确的四个方法:

  视觉化。做一个梦想板,把目标贴在右上方。

  自我确认。每天给自己打气,"我是最棒的"。

  自我放松。晚上睡觉之前,放松全身的肌肉。

  每天手写核心目标十遍。

  第三、每一个星期天,一定要把下一个星期的计划写好。
(Always plan coming week plan on sunday)

很多业务员都是在当日才在计划他要打电话给谁,当日才在计划他要拜访谁,这都太晚了。我以前都是拿着五本电话簿,然后开始写五百个潜在客户,第二天大概打三十、五十甚至一百通的陌生电话。

  第四、你一定要早睡早起。
(Sleep Early, wake up early)

以前当我是top sales(顶尖推销员)的时候,我在晚上十二点以前睡觉,早上五点半起床。这是我以前在做推销的时候。现在工作不一样,自然时间分配也不一样。

  第五、你一定要跟你行业最顶尖的推销员在一起。
(Stick with top sales or positive energy people)

我之所以可以成为top sales,是因为我以前跟着的经理,他是我们全公司的top sales,他在之前的公司也是top sales。

  他只比我大一岁,那时他才二十二岁,我二十一岁。因为看到他种种成功的习惯,他如何地自我操练,他如何跟顾客谈话,我很多的说服技巧都是受他影响。所以一定要跟你行业最顶尖的sales在一起。

  最后,我再提出一个销售的关键,把你的每一个顾客都看成一个大客户。记住,小户有一天也会变大户。

年輕人,加把勁!

18歲時你在忙些甚麼?交女朋友?申請大學?努力打工?還是在懊惱前路怎麼走?

中國卻有一個名叫張伯宏的人,在18歲的時候當上了上海天實網絡科技公司的CEO 。

當然,這裡並非要歌頌他的"威水史",但從他的個案來看,有沒有發現現代大馬年輕人好像缺少了甚麼似的。沒錯!是少了一份"堅持"及"毅力" !但你可以認為這太主觀

曾經有個友人,上班才兩三天,就斷定自己不適合那份工作,然後選擇停下腳步。好聽的話是恭喜他看清自己要走的路,但說句不好聽,他是缺乏了堅持及毅力的草莓一族

另外,也不難發現身邊朋友對工作總是怨言多多,當中不乏一些頻頻轉換工作的人。老一代前輩更直接認為"現代年輕人真的太不像話了",也點出新一代對經濟、政治及教育的漠不關心。究竟,誰生病了?

如果說這是現代化所帶來的反效果,你會認同嗎?無可否認,現代人依賴性太強,加上科技文化發展迅速,生活上的事根本無需自己動手,就算只會伸手要錢,又有多少父母忍心回拒呢?

在全球忙著讓自己變得更為國際化的當兒,新一代除了要更有自信以外,也要多一份膽識。提升自己一定要做,但我們要的不只是跟本地人競爭,也需要擁有超越其他國家專才的本事。


要記得,"自我陶醉"只會讓自己迷失。世界上沒有人永遠是第一,但你可以選擇讓別人看見及肯定你的成就。這不是虛榮,而是突出自己的表現。

年輕人,加把勁吧!不變強就免不了被淘汰,不覺悟就只能隨波逐流。
墮落與上進只有一線之差,選擇的只有自己,吃虧與受益也是自己選擇,別讓生命留白才最重要。
