心，飘向了爱琴海。（Aegean Sea）

今天才知道霭微的希腊行程，包括了位于地中海东北部，希腊和土耳其之间的一个大海湾 - 爱琴海。一个，我响往了好久好久的浪漫国度。

深蓝色的海面上，停放着一艘艘白色的帆船，称托着一座座，排列在山崖上的白色房子，温柔的海风娓娓道出流传自古希腊的浪漫爱情，相映着的，是深蓝色的天空，仿佛空气也有了颜色。

爱琴海，搜集了全世界的蓝，和全世界的白，也搜集了上千个大大小小的岛屿。这里的人们，应该很温柔吧？这里的空气，应该洋溢着幸福的味道吧？因为在这片天空下，处处挂着，守护幸福，守护运气的蓝白色幸运石。

feeling of "MUST"

i was doing cold calling @ DSP today, whole day. well, kinda relax, cos we have breakfast, lunch, tea break in between. Called 1 prospect Mr.X, i first called him during Oct 2006, as usual, drag n drag, delay n delay...

Yes! this is human behaviour, like the example i always tell, if you want to go after a girl, even if she stays at kajang and you are in kepong, believe me, you will find many reason travel more than 20km looking for her, frequently. But when you meet a friend staying behind your house, as usual, you'll say: next time, yam cha. Believe me, next time will never come.

A mentor said, is a matter of "You want" or "You MUST want". Question is, how to create the "MUST", you must feel the "Importance_y" and "Urgency". Dear consultant, this is OUR responsibility! You successfully made them aware of the "Problem", you'll got the sales, baby!

Back to the story of Mr.X, finally, after 1 year anniversary, finally i will meeting him up tomorrow, at side office, WEST PORT, go? Of cos, i'll go.

Hoi, not the Merz SLK, is Small Little Kancil ..

Friday morning, on the way walking towards cheras Pbank, I can hear one car keep pressing the horn, so irritating. Well, it was a kancil parking in the middle of 2 big cars like what I illustrate up here in the pic. Old uncles said he horn for 20 min d. Gosh! A couple sitting inside enjoying 'PRESSING' it..

My first reaction was, what the F***! He can reverse a bit more and it is DEFINATELY enough for him to go out after that. Wa lio eh, very beh ta han, can someone tell me

1. why his gf can SIT in the car and WAIT nia? Cant she go down and see meh?

2. Their eyes smaller than mine? How come only I saw and no body tell them to reverse a bit more then can go out la

So, very ke poh, I walked towards the kancil, and before I managed to open my mouth, that guy wind down the window and started to grumble with unhappy face, "Is that your car? Can you reverse?" WELL .. you see la, you see la, this is HUMAN.

It very much reflects most people behaviour in the city. They can only see things inside the "kancil" and never even think of walking out and SEE what could be possibly done to settle an issue. Keep blaming and pointing to others.

If you can increase your own awareness by analysing your own thinking, words, and action everyday, you will be the next millionaires VERY SOON.

10 feet high ceiling~

Passed by and visited a show house yesterday during heavy rain. Booked it today .. finally. Fast huh ... like buy vege in pasar.

I like this unit, with 10 feet high of ceiling, square types of design, spacious, up hill with cold weather, and the most important, got Sky Terrace can see KLCC view!! Went with YY there today, she is amazed with some Interior Design in the showroom and started to take photos illegally. Already mentioned is ILLEGAL, duno why she still on her DOPOD camera sound, ZHI ZHA!! ZHI ZHA!! So loud .. zzz. Those officer out there look at me ask, "your friend inside ar?" .. grr

Well, this is another "present" from my company. Without it, how would I buy this "vege" so easily without much consideration? Knew one loan officer, she called and asked me why not taking fixed interest loan as many people took it? I answered: Well, because those MANY PEOPLE use 20-30 years to settle the loan and I don't. She still a bit don't understand ... haha.

Gals and guys, I wish you can feel this feeling as soon as you can. Lets buy something ordinary with EXTRAORDINARY way. Very shiok! Especially at an age they think you cant~!
