电话一盖上，兴奋得整个人跳起来！好久，好久都没有这种感觉了，这也拜ROADSHOW所赐。这个顾客还是我做了六个小时只拿了两个名字的其中一位。（那天还有点灰心〕
其实之前有想过放弃做ROADSHOW了，因为很久都没多大的惊喜了。但自从在槟城的ROADSHOW之后，信心开始慢慢回复，再加上这一次，让我更加有信心了。
心情，信心，真的可以让我们收到不一样的效果！磁场，真的太有威力了！不由得你不去相信它。
不信？试试看，你就会了解我所谓的意思了！

Today, someone share her point of view of "3 min hot" story.

Have you seen people work on something with full of passion for the beginning, then slowly slowly lag off?

Have you seen people jogging jogging with full of energy then slow down before the end point?

Well, i asked her so what? IT seems like very usual wat! When we lost interest or don't think that issue matters, we ignore la! Standard la!

The question comes here, is the external factor that make you lost interest?
Or no matter what situation, most of the time, you always will lost interest after some point?

How many times in our life that we have started something, and when we almost there, we gave up?

Hmm, how many times or percentage in your life issue you are 3 min hot?

Time to take one min to think about it, who knows ... you will be the next millionaires after this. :D

God of Prosperity is ALSO the one people always SHUU them away!!

What is God of prosperity to you? In our life, "god of prosperity" always come in different forms and ways. Eh children, boys and gals, don't tell me you are still believe this "god" still come in this form ..... ??!!

"This is fake one la, and everyone seems to run, chase, push others, just because to take sweet from him, HAHAHA ..why ar?"

I am very blessed to have a BIG eyes to capture most of the hit, and sometimes it cames to me in different way without immediate realised! Lets share with you who are they:

1st time: When I was born
My parent is a very genereous god of prosperity, equip us all knowledge and skills to train our little brain.

2nd time: My aunty
Keep teaching us how to be a better person when we were young. I don't like her when I was young, think how come this lady so long winded, damn sien. Who knows, she is the one teaches me lots of things too that I still use until today!

N time: My CFP Trainer
He is the one encourage me to practice and contribute to society in the financial planning field. Because of that, I take courage and join Public Mutual and my journey starts ... and then i met lots lots lots of gods of prosperity, my beloved team mates, my investor, my friends, my Sifu, etc, and at the same time, guess what, my investor said I am the god of prosperity to her too!

Message to ezy6.0 planner:
Be proud of yourself and do not get disappointed when someone rejected you or don't even listen (especially those think THEY KNOW), they are the one who lose out.

Message to half floating human being:
Identify what do you really want to achieve in your life so that you will feel proud and happy, then take action and GRAB the opportunity and WORK on it! Don't wait every CNY to ask for GOD of PROSPERITY. He is around you!

Message to succesful people:
Thanks and be appreciated to all your God of Prosperity. Be humble, help, and support people around!

马上增加销售业绩的5个方法 - 陈安之

如何增加每天拜访客户的次数？

　　推销不外乎是一个数字的游戏，如何拜访更多的顾客，跟你的销售业绩会成正比。接下来我提出五个方法让你可以马上增加自己的销售业绩。

　　第一、提早跟顾客约会，差不多8点的时候见第一位顾客。
(Make appointment as earlier as possible, eg: 8am)

我以前在推销的时候，早上5:30分就起床，6点多就开车出去，通常到顾客的公司大概是7:30分。累时，我先在车上睡觉，等时间到了再进去，这样你会非常地有自信、有精神。

　　所以你约定的时间愈早，你见的顾客量就愈多。世界第一的推销保险员，他7:30分之前就能拜访完三个顾客。他大概6点就跟第一位顾客喝咖啡，7点跟第二位顾客喝果汁，7:30分跟第三位顾客吃三明治，反正就是他不能把早餐一次吃完，必须分三次来吃。

　　第二、你必须每天重复地自我暗示你的目标，重新写你的目标，想你的目标，这样会吸引一些新的资源来。
(Remind your DREAM / GOAL everyday)

　　使目标更明确的四个方法：

　　视觉化。做一个梦想板，把目标贴在右上方。

　　自我确认。每天给自己打气，"我是最棒的"。

　　自我放松。晚上睡觉之前，放松全身的肌肉。

　　每天手写核心目标十遍。

　　第三、每一个星期天，一定要把下一个星期的计划写好。
(Always plan coming week plan on sunday)

很多业务员都是在当日才在计划他要打电话给谁，当日才在计划他要拜访谁，这都太晚了。我以前都是拿着五本电话簿，然后开始写五百个潜在客户，第二天大概打三十、五十甚至一百通的陌生电话。

　　第四、你一定要早睡早起。
(Sleep Early, wake up early)

以前当我是top sales（顶尖推销员）的时候，我在晚上十二点以前睡觉，早上五点半起床。这是我以前在做推销的时候。现在工作不一样，自然时间分配也不一样。

　　第五、你一定要跟你行业最顶尖的推销员在一起。
(Stick with top sales or positive energy people)

我之所以可以成为top sales，是因为我以前跟着的经理，他是我们全公司的top sales，他在之前的公司也是top sales。

　　他只比我大一岁，那时他才二十二岁，我二十一岁。因为看到他种种成功的习惯，他如何地自我操练，他如何跟顾客谈话，我很多的说服技巧都是受他影响。所以一定要跟你行业最顶尖的sales在一起。

　　最后，我再提出一个销售的关键，把你的每一个顾客都看成一个大客户。记住，小户有一天也会变大户。

哪五个方法可以马上增加销售业绩：

After calm down and look for solution, I recall of my badges again, wuahaha .. see the photos below for my new shoe collection~

This design is too geng already, I do not want to wear it too long. Therefore, Katherine borrowed me her extra pair of shoe immediately once i reached office. :D

See the badge up here? I've gotten this badge from my trainer, Dr Lawrence last year. Suprisingly, out of so many badges, I got this same badge for 2 units. Hm. Therefore, I keep one at home, and one in my handbag to motivate myself.

Time flies, since I have been 'on leave' for sometimes, I almost forgotten about it already.

Today, I went field work with Marcus in Putrajaya, what a beautiful place. Since we've drive all the way, he managed to make 4 appointments. First appointment was successful, however, before we rush to 2nd appointment, my zip suddently spoiled!! How to support him for the next one ..

After searching hard, I have faith that SURE for something around me to help de. Finally, I found my XO badge. YOHOOO!!! This XO badge save our 'life'. Haha .. After pin my pant with this, we continue our presentation journey.

After all appointments, I felt really happy, funny, and shiok! Why? Because I've really done eXtra Ordinary to overcome obstacles with the will I had. Guess the investor will never ever think that the person presenting to him/her had something special on her pant!

Wish ALL OF YOU will take eXtra Ordinary action and step to paint a beautiful colors in your life too. MUAKS ...

Yesterday, someone asked WHY THE STORIES ON OUR BLOG IS MOSTLY 3 OF US AND SOME OTHER FEW PPL ONLY?

I should post back the question WHY NOT YOU?

Why are some people not creating stories, and observing something beautiful and wonderful around them? They cant see? Or don't know how to appreciate? OR in real life, they think the winner is ALWAYS other? Or they like to WATCH only and not taking part or taking charge?

There's one consultant, told me to help her and support her. She plans do not want to work on her hardware shop and wants something different in her life. Ask her call for appointment, she said she scare. Ask her come training, she late. Finally yesterday she came, and saw everybody seating down and ready to learn the calculator, SHE SCARE!!! And don't even dare to sit with them. Seating alone at the back corner. What de .. I asked her, why you come? She said, "i just want to see". By the way, we are learning how to use financial calculator, how can you JUST SEE SEE LOOK LOOK at the back and you will know how???????????

People, your path in life depends on your little decision every single second and day.

I choose to live my life happily, bring up as many millionaires as possible and creates wonderful stories around me.

She choose to always seat at the back and watch and not taking charge AND HOPE SOMETHING WILL HAPPEND.

Meaningful Experience

3 devils trips to penang recently. Before departure, Irene asked, what is the itenary har? We stoned together, and LAUGH! Er, actually, we just wanna go there see see look look, dunno stay where, dunno go where.

Very brave, we drove there. Simple trip but full of challenges. First, Yen car windshield crack after hit by a stone. We stop and look, then calmly decided to drive back wangsa maju to repair the crack. AND continue our journey 2 hours later. Steady pun pi pi leh .. The car full of laughters from KL till Penang~

Nah, this is the new friend we met, yen's friend named Ah Fang. How she look like? Very guai, very obedient, very conservative right? NO NO NO! She is not leh. She is really different. Very funny, very kind, very naughty too! She bring us go here go there, eat this, eat that, like big sister in Penang. :D

Next morning, we happily woke up and waiting for a friend that promised us for a breakfast. Guess what, FFK! And never called pulak. Well. Guess what, may be we too geng in handling FFKing. We still happily decided to drive around from city to Queenbay WITHOUT KNOWING THE WAY AT ALL!!!! NO MAP also leh. Haha! You must be asked, then how? Use your mouth and ASK LA. Zz ..

We found this wonderful porridge while driving around, Oyster Porridge. Still duno which street it locate at .. I ate 2 bowls leh. Hehe.

We followed the wrong path to go Queensbay Mall, becoz of that, we landed and found this beautiful beach!! And took lots of photos. Should thank to that FFK Queen, else, we would not have chance to enjoy all these!

See, friend, sometimes, bad things doesnt mean is bad, changes doesnt mean is no good, it will bring you to another end of the stories, and most often, better .. Take the challenge and explore!! The sky is the limit!

Yesterday, too free. Went hair do. Yen asked, why people always like to ASK other people's opinion in their decision making process? In deciding a career, deciding on an investment, deciding on life partner, and sometimes EVEN want to go toilet or not ..

I looked at her, stoned for few second, started to think, ya hor, WHY HAR?

I am sure in your mind now, sure answer:
1. To seek 2nd opinion LA~
2. Gather more information, brainstorm MA~

After few second of thought, I told Yen, those people who LOVES to seek opinion or perhaps have the habit of puting responsibilities to others, maybe is because they do not have confidence on themselves, lack of knowledge, and always want to put responsibility on others. Have you heard of someone said this "AIYO, SHE ASKED ME TO COME ONE .. I DUNNO ONE .. " "AI SEH, SHOULD NOT LISTEN TO HER"

DO NOT misunderstood me, seek 2nd opinion is good, the question is, we always take other people's 'advice/opinion" for granted. Then BLAME others for giving you wrong advice when the results of the advice is not what you expected.

BUT, BUT BUT, have you EVER responsible for your own stuffs? Are you seeking opinion from the RIGHT person? A person who have enough knowledge to assist you in making the decision? Do you USE your wisdom to justify and digest info given?

If you cant think of the scenario, it is probably like when you deciding to join a new career, when your investor deciding to invest or not to invest and always want to get 2nd OPINION. The questions is, all these people, included you, are you always discuss or ask the RIGHT QUESTION TO THE RIGHT PERSON?

Like what Yen said, in this world, there is no BEST SOLUTION/ANSWER, ONLY have the BEST SOLUTION that SUIT you the MOST! You always know yourself best, no one knows you better than yourself.

我的 2007 年

还有将近两个月，2007 又告一段落。回想这一年我到底做过了些什么？好事？坏事？趣事？还是无聊的事？不过问心的，我觉得还是帮助了不少身边的人。

2007，这也许是我人生的一个转泪点。我很开心自己勇敢的踏出了一步，至少我已成功50%。不想回首我之前所走过的路，只想苛望我未来光辉的日子。

在2007结束前，我希望可以在此留下一些感言：
1）很幸运的加入这个大家庭，让我的生活增添不少色彩
2）好友的过逝，让我深感人生无常，更要懂得珍惜一切
3）同学的女儿患上地中海贫血，母爱的伟大竟能感动上天，因此奇迹的出现
4）在所有参加的课程当中，让我印象最深刻就是游永济老师的“打开成功的钥匙”
5）这一年的海外旅行只有一个，希望来年会有更多更多
6）今年所有的成绩得来不易，但却是用一个“换”字得来的
7）觉得自己做得不够漂亮的地方：time management, public speaking, participation,有待改善
8）感谢父母没有反对我选折的饭碗
9）感谢所有给我勇气，支持及协助我的一班easy planner
10)最后，人家说成功女人的背后都有一个男人。那么，我几时才能成功？！ :))

What could be the worst?!

"How to do cold call?"
"How to approach cold market?"
"I feel that strangers don't feel easy when they meet me, how to close the sales?"

Well my fellow consultant, you are named "Consultant", and as far as i remember, every consultant i go to are stranger! My doctor, my lawyer, my education consultant, my dentist, my ..... and, we do talk freely and i do get my consultation and get my problem solved!

Pls remember, YOU are consultant, so why do you feel nervous? why do you feel uneasy? why do you afraid?

Over the phone, they can't see you, and you will generally get few results.
1) He is not interested --> Put down the phone.
2) He says he got no $ --> Put down the phone.
3) He says he bought --> Put down the phone.
4) He score you --> Put down the phone.
5) U secure an appointment, confirmed date and time --> Put down the phone.
Erm.. excuse me, the final result i can think of, is still -->PUT DOWN THE PHONE.
He still doesn't know how do you looks like, you still have your pretty face with you, your dollar notes are still laying nicely in your purse, your ice cream in fridge never melt, SO...

What could be the worst, my dear?

Cold Call Sales

Long time... Long long time... Never close cold call sales already... Finally, I got one! For other people might be not much but for me, is a ENCOURAGEMENT. RM30k!!! Although I have closed more than RM30k before from cold call but not one time, some more, 1st time met.
I always thought that I'm not good on tele-conversation but now I realised, although I'm still not really good on that but at least I think I'm improving.. The important is it gave me confidence to continue to go ahead to do cold call... Lazy, scare and shy makes me regret I doing cold call so late. If I did it earlier, then now I can be like Apple, YY & Iris now.. can rest, can holidays lo...
End of year now... towards hitting RM1mil sales.. I believe I CAN. But aiming RM1.25mil, can I? I believe if I keep this persistency, I CAN too!!!
Happy, happy and happy... Now I know, if we never work hard and try, we'll never know we can.

Time flies. Yesterday, browsed through some photos of these 2 years, memories .. Our jokes, laughter, money started 2 years ago June 2005. Started with a lone ranger, then joined with another 2 devils, and more and more devils like what we have today.

2006, I attended NSC (National Sales Convention)alone, bo shiok!

2007, 3 devils attended NSC and started to make consistent 5 figures .. a bit shiok! This 3 devils don't like to share table with others achiever during the dinner (as usual la hor), then decided must have at least 10 devils in 2008 NSC

I feel, people in town always like to say, i am buzy, i am very buzy, i am damn buzy, i dont even have time to eat!
Pheww...."buzy" seems to be seriously abuse, and become a very good excuse to yourself. Are we really buzy or we don't know how to manage our time? Or, worst..we don't know how to balance up our life.
I like apple's "Wheel of Life", 10 is the maximum mark, 0 is minimum mark, rate it, spent some time to think about it, is your life balance? if you are buzy, but it is balance, congratulation. But if you are buzy and the wheel is not balance, is it worth it? can you move further with a wheel that is not round? Maybe is time for you to stop, re-adjust, and move on.
By the way, how long did you spent for eating? talking? MSN? walking here and there? How efficient are you in managing time? maybe you take 10 minutes going to toilet, looking at the mirror admiring at urself, well, you are busy, i know.

While I have my breakfast in a restaurant ... suddenly my memory flash back 。。。

Was about 1½ years ago . . . while I worked in a company which only paid me with a basic income. I always dream, going to Hokkaido, Japan. Well during that time these dream will never gonna to reach achieve. Coz it is difficult for me to save money on that time due to the fees is too expensive.

That day was a hard time for me to make a decision to join a company without a basic income salary; I have lots of commitments & debt...especially credit card outstanding. But Finally, I have shade my courage and step into move in this industry without basic income salary & totally no ideal what the products about.

Beginning of the first 6 months . . . really need to do lots of hard work & follow up. It was very tension & worried in this cold period. Lots time received many rejections & people said I can’t make it ... look for a permanent job, don’t waste time. Lucky . . . I have supported best friend numbered 9808 & 7803. We support each other; sharing experience, funny with dirty and naughty all the time.

It was only 1½ years ... I can own my 1st property 350k ; vacation my parents and myself ; something more interesting coming up, be a mutual gold member (dun play, dun play)... ha ...ha ...like I always said : 少奋抖十年

This year, my dream came true vacation to Hokkaido Japan is never a like dream to me anymore. (hahah….)guest what, I’m bringing my dear maid with me!!! I really enjoy & happy with my job with the flexible time management 。。。& enjoy my life with the 魔鬼numbered 9808 & 7803.

hey this is really a fantastic career. read down and you'll know why.

Everyone is looking forward for holiday, and maybe plan for a trip. Ya, trip, and that need $, and you pay for yourself.

I love holiday too, and i love going around too. This round, i spent one of the day going to Kuala Selangor, together with b00n and another handsome friend of mine, hehe...lucky me, two handsome as my body guide over the weekend. ;P

My main purpose is to meet up one uncle by referral, he loves to talk, about his hobbies, and we chat around with him, i got a chance to learn that, those old days, people communicate by writing mail, and that create lots of stamp collector. Haha, unlike nowadays, we have e-mail !! "collecting stamp? wat is that?" iris will says.
I close the deal, and have a chance visiting kuala selangor, sekinjang, seafood there, padi field there, what a lovely trip.

hmm...this morning, i received a helicopter, so, i called up an existing investor to get his thumb print for another EPF withdrawal, basically i don't waste up my morning.

Than, one aunty telling me she is on the way, so i purposely drive from PJ to 1U and wait for her at McD, 11am, open up my notebook doing some work while waiting. 12pm, "sorry i am stuck at customer place, coming now". Well, continuing my work. 12.40pm, "give me 10 minutes, i'll come down from customer office now". 1pm, i made a call to her, she didn't pick up, so i leave a message to her, telling her that, i cant wait anymore, else i'll be late for my next appointment, so i go and pay my parking fee, and rush to puchong.

Well, yes, another airbus for me for today, however, i don't really feel mad although i am not happy as i feel that she is not respecting my time. But i can't control how ppl act towards others, so as long as i've done my part. And i keep my emotion good and happy, as i believe, this will have effect to charge around me, that will bring good things happened around me.

And guess what, that afternoon, i collected 120K cash investment. Haha, so why do I let the ridiculous people affect my mood leh? As long as i've done what i am suppose to do, happily doing it in a correct way, and i'll received what i am suppose to have because i deserve it.

i was doing cold calling @ DSP today, whole day. well, kinda relax, cos we have breakfast, lunch, tea break in between. Called 1 prospect Mr.X, i first called him during Oct 2006, as usual, drag n drag, delay n delay...

Yes! this is human behaviour, like the example i always tell, if you want to go after a girl, even if she stays at kajang and you are in kepong, believe me, you will find many reason travel more than 20km looking for her, frequently. But when you meet a friend staying behind your house, as usual, you'll say: next time, yam cha. Believe me, next time will never come.

A mentor said, is a matter of "You want" or "You MUST want". Question is, how to create the "MUST", you must feel the "Importance_y" and "Urgency". Dear consultant, this is OUR responsibility! You successfully made them aware of the "Problem", you'll got the sales, baby!

Friday morning, on the way walking towards cheras Pbank, I can hear one car keep pressing the horn, so irritating. Well, it was a kancil parking in the middle of 2 big cars like what I illustrate up here in the pic. Old uncles said he horn for 20 min d. Gosh! A couple sitting inside enjoying 'PRESSING' it..

My first reaction was, what the F***! He can reverse a bit more and it is DEFINATELY enough for him to go out after that. Wa lio eh, very beh ta han, can someone tell me

1. why his gf can SIT in the car and WAIT nia? Cant she go down and see meh?

2. Their eyes smaller than mine? How come only I saw and no body tell them to reverse a bit more then can go out la

So, very ke poh, I walked towards the kancil, and before I managed to open my mouth, that guy wind down the window and started to grumble with unhappy face, "Is that your car? Can you reverse?" WELL .. you see la, you see la, this is HUMAN.

It very much reflects most people behaviour in the city. They can only see things inside the "kancil" and never even think of walking out and SEE what could be possibly done to settle an issue. Keep blaming and pointing to others.

If you can increase your own awareness by analysing your own thinking, words, and action everyday, you will be the next millionaires VERY SOON.

10 feet high ceiling~

Passed by and visited a show house yesterday during heavy rain. Booked it today .. finally. Fast huh ... like buy vege in pasar.

I like this unit, with 10 feet high of ceiling, square types of design, spacious, up hill with cold weather, and the most important, got Sky Terrace can see KLCC view!! Went with YY there today, she is amazed with some Interior Design in the showroom and started to take photos illegally. Already mentioned is ILLEGAL, duno why she still on her DOPOD camera sound, ZHI ZHA!! ZHI ZHA!! So loud .. zzz. Those officer out there look at me ask, "your friend inside ar?" .. grr

Well, this is another "present" from my company. Without it, how would I buy this "vege" so easily without much consideration? Knew one loan officer, she called and asked me why not taking fixed interest loan as many people took it? I answered: Well, because those MANY PEOPLE use 20-30 years to settle the loan and I don't. She still a bit don't understand ... haha.

Gals and guys, I wish you can feel this feeling as soon as you can. Lets buy something ordinary with EXTRAORDINARY way. Very shiok! Especially at an age they think you cant~!

It was last Thursday, I finally catched an appointment with this aunty Lee, after being postponed for 2 times. I was very happy on my way to meet her & thinking that she must be attracted by our public mutual investment.

Reached her house, wow.. such a nice deco house in Subang. After a while, I started my presentation to her...ok. Interesting & "¾¢ÁÏ¡° come...Seeing on her many graduated photos in the living room, I curiously asked : what actually are you worked as, madam?

"Oh..you just hang on, I go & get something for you".. 30 seconds later, she got her sales kit similar to mine !! Alamak, another type of investment.. Then she started to bla bla on her foreign fund investment none stop !!! for one hour !! Gosh.. then finally I asked her, so are you interested to invest in public mutual mdm? Oh not now...I don't have much $$.

Ok, thank you very much for sharing with me. Maybe you can contact me when you later decide to invest with us. "So are you interested to invest in this EFTA?" "Oh no, i don't have $$ right now".. haha... take my revenge..

Today, I have having my roadshow in the latest bigest Giant mall. Kat gave me a 25% discount voucher on KFC. So I went KFC alone sitting in a corner, enjoy my lonely 2 pieces of chicken alone. Infront of me, 2 pretty gals selling latest Mini Poppers ice cream by Walls. Stories starts here ..

While they happily approaching, guess what, they approached a guy:

I swear…yesterday I met the weird yet full of imagination’s case since I start this business ~~

Story began with a call...i was looking for a boss of a company, and the staff telling me “my boss will not be interested”. Oh, ok, now a days, ppl are getting more n more intelligent le… they can read their boss’s mind without asking. So, do not want to waste the call, I approach her, agreed to meet up, postponed, postponed, until yesterday.

I was in kinrara giant; morning shift roadshow, the appointment is suppose to be 5pm, I left giant at 4pm, making a call to double confirm, she pick up the phone, however, she can’t hear me, so I have no choice to drive all the way to sri dmnsr, on the way, I made another 2 calls, now is my turn to hear nothing. Than, I reached, walk up to the office, 1st flr, I ring the door bell, I can hear the bell yelling hard for me over the door, but ho……nobody open up the door wor…

So, I ask the guard downstairs from next door, eeeeiiiiii……he confirmed a guy and a woman are in the office. I look up to the window, yellow light is on now. I walked up again, fui yo……the white light is now off, the door bell power off, and I got a guy, a woman, some yellow light, silent phone, silent door bell, all in one small office........kakakaka……..ppl, I know what you are thinking, hey, I swear, I swear I sincerely believe the story of “a boss and his PA”.

And today, I called, she told me, ya, that day raining, the phone is not working, and one of the wires of the door bell came out!!! You give me a call next week!

Wah hahaha…..okok, I swear, I sincerely hope that, next week, her aunty will pay her a visit, than i can too.

Someone wanna call customer f or follow up & close case. She asked me how? I told her, the unit prices for our fund still low, an opportunity to grab cheap unit. Finally, she takes the phone & called the customer …. When customer pick-up … she so anxious ( kan cheong ) dunno know what to said d … she come out with the sentence “ the market now is stable d …. Is time to invest” ha . . . . ha . . . . ha. . . . how she know the market is stable ah . . . ? But she manages to get the appointment to meet the customer.

In the afternoon, I call one of my prospect, his assistant pick up the call & ask where I calling from & what’s regarding? I said from (Company) regarding on corporate investments. Guess what she said? Muahaha …. she said, her boss not interested with corporate investment. (Aiks…I was thinking, how she knows that, her boss not interested with corporate investment. Hmm… maybe his wife….).
Then, I ask how you know your boss not interested with the investment scheme? She answered because “I know loh”, I was too curious, then I glanced up the ceiling…. Suddenly I said, may I know what position are you in? Gosh…. (I’m an administration clerk!!!)
Oh My God…..an admin clerk can make an important decision behalf BOSS. Hey…girls …ur boss might be miss an opportunity to invest lei ….

So many things and memories came up my mind today (some only u and me knows). It also makes me recall, I was a baby too long long time ago~ I guess my mummy and daddy friends was like ME and the other 2 'devils' today too, happily looking at the baby, ( which is ME ), and wondering ..

Long long time ago, our parent gave birth to us...

Can you imagine ...

The happiness they have holding us?
The eagerness to go home everyday to see us?
Their face and emotion when the bath us ..

Woou….today’s aero plane is definitely the largest that I’ve ever received. I’ve been calling this MD since last year, met once, than he was really bz traveling around, I failed to close his case although he is actually quite positive about this.

We din manage to meet up last 3 week, so as last 2 week, so as last week, so as Monday, and finally today, we agree on 5pm at one café, I reach there first, it was 30 mins pass 5, I am enjoying my yam milk shake, Ring~~ring~~ Jackpot! u r clever, I won an airbus, as 1 year ‘anniversary’ from him!

What to do… re-arrange another appointment again 2 days from now lor….. hmm…but, I have the confidence to get his case closed, especially after all those big and small plane that he had been present me all this while, guess he’ll feel a bit guilty too….that will possibly be the trigger to a ‘yes’ too, hiak hiak hiak……one fine day, I’ll get the case closed!

Oh ya, I went to visit nicole’s baby at assunta jz now, together with the 2 devils, baby Nicole is pretty, with dark hair, fair skin, sexy lips, well, will grow up as a pretty lady for sure, congratulation to Nicole and ding, must work smart now for the milk powder, wah haha…

Achievement Celebration Party

Phew, finally the party is over. It was an exciting 20 hours without nap.

WE had a "pick a card" session and everyone gotten their own meaningful cards. Iris was so happy that she did not had the "dinasour" card.

Everyone color their own cards and it is like back to 20 years back when we started to learn how to color. Now i really understand coloring is NOT easy, adults had a coloring result of THIS.. (upload later to luf!)

On top of that, lots of talent has been discovered tonight.
